A Fire Ban has been issued for the Municipal District of Pincher Creek
We are eperiencing a warm, windy, and dry fall. These conditions are predicted to continue. The fuel continues to cure making it more available to burn. No new permits will be issued until conditions improve. Any fire permits for projects (debris piles, etc.) are cancelled. Use of permitted fire pits are still allowed. We use extreme caution and call 911 immediately if a fire starts.Remember permits are required 12 months/ year for all types of burning.
PCES currently employs six full time members plus 40 casual volunteers. If you are interested in joining our team please forward a resume to the station, Attention: Tammy Jack.
